Students will have an opportunity to participate in a Winter Solstice Ceremony and blessing with Elder Saa’kokoto (Randy Bottle) on the afternoon of December 19. We will gather together as a whole school to learn from Elder Saa’kokoto, participate in a blessing, and enjoy berry soup and bannock together. A reminder of ceremony protocol: please wear long sleeved shirts and ensure legs are covered (long pants, skirts, ribbon skirts, ribbon shirts, and moccasins are encouraged).
