Regular Attendance
Please remember that we still have three months of learning and growing—which is a significant amount of time for us to work together to maximize our impact on student learning. Please work with PFS to encourage your children to attend school regularly; we want them to have the best opportunity to achieve their learning goals.
Social Media and Internet Access
Monitoring children’s use of the Internet is an important part of our new reality as caregivers—both at home and at school. As children spend increasing amounts of time online using social media apps and connecting and engaging with others through online platforms (i.e., video games, SnapChat, etc.), it is important that they understand how information can be spread across the Internet. Children also need to remember that they are interacting with others who are influenced by what they say/post online and that words online can be hurtful or harmful.
Taking the time to chat about Internet safety with your children and encouraging them to ask for assistance and advice will help ensure that their screen time stays safe.

School Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:35 am - 3:10 pm, Friday 8:35 am- 12:05 pm
Office Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:15 – 4:00pm, Friday 8:15 – 1:00 pm
If you are picking up your child, instead of him/her going on the bus, you must let us know by 2:00 pm Monday-Thursday & 11:00 am Friday. PFS is NOT able to make last minute changes to bus boards. Bussing Information
- What can families do?
- If you are picking up students, let the school know by 2 pm
- Update changes to stops or addresses on MyCBE account ASAP
- Report any issues with bussing to the bus company and/or CBE Transportation, 403-817-7433
- Arrive at bus stop 5 minutes before your scheduled time
- Review bus safety rules with your children
